2. Products
We sell physical merchandise products (clothing and related merchandise).
All products are pre-stocked.
Some products may be marked as limited edition. Limited edition items are still eligible for return under the conditions set out below.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
Payment is processed securely via Teya Payments.
We do not store payment card details.
The total price, including applicable VAT (where required), is shown at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Hrvatska Pošta.
Estimated delivery times:
- Croatia: up to 5 working days
- International orders: up to 14 working days
Delivery may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to customs processing.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
6. Order Refusal or Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraud
- Unavailable stock
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
7. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Delays due to customs procedures
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products
Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
